How do I place a call?

Using the CallDirek® service involves 3 simple steps:

  1. Register

    You must register in order to gain access to our services. After registering, you will be able to purchase calling time, check your account balance, view your call history, and make long distance phone calls All personal information you provide to CallDirek® is protected according to our privacy policy.

  2. Purchase calling time

    All payments are done via credit cards online or through our authorized agents. You can purchase additional calling time at any time.

  3. Place calls

    Dial our access number first, then enter your destination number.
    Please, use the following dialing format:
    For Domestic Calls ( US, Canada ) : 1 + area number + phone number;
    For International Calls: 011 + international number + area number + phone number

What are the Registered Phone numbers (ANI)?

You are able to register up to 10 phone numbers on your account. These are numbers that the customer expects to make frequent calls from. By registering these phone numbers, the user avoids the hassle of entering a PIN number when making a long distance call. This feature enables users to easily access the service from the comfort of their home, office and cellular.

What if I need to make a call from a phone that I have not registered?

If a user needs to make a call from a phone number that is not one of the registered phone numbers, they simply login into their accounts, select the “add number” option, type in the additional number and click “add’, or simply use your pin #.

Why was my credit card declined?

There are several reasons why your credit card might be declined by our system. The most common reasons are:

  • Incorrect expiration date - check to make sure you have the correct expiration date;
  • Incorrect credit card number - make sure that you are entering the correct 16-digit credit card number along with the CVV2 security code;
  • Incorrect billing address - make sure the billing address you enter matches the address where your monthly credit card statements are mailed each month;
  • Insufficient Funds - make sure the amount you are trying to purchase does not exceed your credit card limit;
  • Credit card reported missing or stolen. Credit card fraud;
  • We prosecute credit card fraud to the full extent of the law.
